The Uganda Consulate in Guangzhou participated in the 24th China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT) from 8-11 September, 2024

in the city of Xiamen, Fujian Province.

 

The Consulate showcased and shared the various trade and investment opportunities in Uganda.

 

 

 The Consulate also participated in the Going Global Investment Promotion Session that took on the sidelines of the CIFIT.

 

During the session, the Consul General, Ambassador Judyth Nsababera made a presentation highlighting Uganda's investment climate and opportunities especially in the sectors of mining, agriculture,manufacturing, tourism, infrastructure and services. She welcomed Chinese enterprises looking at expanding abroad to consider Uganda as a viable investment destination.
