Requirements for Renewal of Passports
- Completed Passport Renewal Form_A (download below)
- Two (2) passport size photographs. The photos must be bright, show all facial features and both ears, and should have a white background.
- Submit the old expired passport to be renewed
- A prepaid, self-addressed Priority or Express return envelope must be enclosed with applications sent by mail. Regular envelopes are not accepted
Issuance and Renewal of Ugandan Passports
- Applicants must carefully read the instructions and also the bottom of the reverse page, before filling in the application forms! Please use the CURRENT forms that are provided on this website.
- Applicants for Passports/Travel Documents must be citizens of Uganda.
- All application forms must be completed. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
